DEVELOPER interest is heating up and tenders are expected to continue hitting new highs as Hong Kong's upcoming second central business district (CBD) enters its final development stage.
Dubbed the city's equivalent of London's Canary Wharf, the Kai Tak development area in Kowloon East is expected to help meet soaring demand for office and commercial space by 2021 as prices shoot up in the current Central district.
