DEVELOPERS sold 375 private homes in Singapore in June this year, down from 643 units in May this year and 482 units in June last year.

These figures were released by Urban Redevelopment Authority on Wednesday afternoon, based on data on housing sales submitted by developers.

For the second quarter of this year, developers have found buyers for 2,185 private homes, based on preliminary numbers - compared with 1,311 units in the first quarter of this year and 2,665 units in Q2 last year. Final numbers will be released by URA later this month. The above figures exclude executive condominiums (ECs).

Including ECs, which are a public-private housing hybrid, developers moved 485 units in June, lower than the 853 units in May this year and 531 units in June last year.
