DEVELOPERS sold 382 private homes in February this year, 2.1 per cent more than the 374 units they moved in January this year.
However, the latest February sales figure is about half the 739 units developers sold in the same month last year.
These figures exclude executive condominiums (ECs), which are a public-private housing hybrid.
Inclusive of ECs, developers found buyers for 447 units last month, lower than the 558 units they sold in January this year and the 787 units they moved in February last year.
The above figures, which are based on developers' monthly housing sales data submissions to Urban Redevelopment Authority, were released on Monday by URA.
