Developers sell 1,124 private homes in April, up from 613 units in March

DEVELOPERS sold 1,124 private homes excluding executive condominiums (ECs) in April this year, up from 613 units in the previous month and 762 units in the same period last year.
Including ECs, which are a public-private housing hybrid, developers moved 1,218 units last month, again higher than the 692 units they sold in March this year and 810 units in April last year.
These figures were released by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on Friday afternoon, based on data on housing sales submitted by developers.
URA's data showed that UOL Group sold 254 units at the Botanique at Bartley project in Upper Paya Lebar Road last month at a median price of S$1,290 psf.
In Yishun Central 1, Frasers Centrepoint found buyers for 486 units at North Park Residences at a median price of S$1,374 psf in April.
