TIRED of commuting 150 miles each way, the owner of a movie theatre in Maine is holding an essay contest to give away his restored, nearly 100-year-old cinema.
This giveaway is the latest in a line of similar contests across the country in which the prizes have been property, including farms, restaurants, banquet halls and bed-and-breakfasts.
