FAR East Organization, owned by the Ng family, is likely to buy the Le Meridien Singapore, Sentosa.
The Business Times understands that the property and hospitality giant is in advanced talks to buy the 191-room hotel, which stands on a site with 57 years left on its lease, for about S$163 million.
