It will be preserved as part of a conference centre, an amenity to lure new occupants to the building, though the media company has moved out

The cafeteria space designed by Frank Gehry in the now-vacated former headquarters of Conde Nast, on the fourth floor of 4 Times Square in New York. Building owner Durst is meeting with potential operators of the space, which is off limits to the public.
