GIC, S Korean partner to build Incheon mall

SINGAPORE'S GIC is teaming up with South Korean retail player Shinsegae to develop a retail mall in the Incheon Free Economic Zone.
They have, through their respective affiliates, entered into a land sale and purchase agreement to acquire the land from the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ), Incheon Development & Transformation Corp (IDTC) and the City of Incheon for US$197 million.
