HDB releases 2 residential sites with potential to yield more than 1,300 units

THE Housing & Development Board (HDB) launched on Tuesday a residential site at Yio Chu Kang Road for sale by public tender under the confirmed list of the second half 2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.
The 18,422.9 square metre Yio Chu Kang site has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 51,584.12 sq m, and can generate an estimated 520 housing units.
Another residential site at Sumang Walk has also been released for application under the reserve list. The 27,056.4 sq m plot has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 81,169.2 sq m, and can generate an estimated 820 units.
The tender for the land parcel at Yio Chu Kang Road will close at 12 noon on Feb 18, 2016.
