JTC announced on Friday that it has awarded the tender for an industrial site at Tanjong Penjuru to Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd, which submitted the highest bid at S$13 million.
The tender for the 16,307.9-square metre site, with a gross plot ratio of 2.5, was launched on Aug 25, 2015, and closed on Oct 20. Only two bids were submitted.
