JTC awards two industrial sites at Tuas South Street

JTC Corporation said on Wednesday that it has awarded the tenders for two industrial sites at Tuas South Street 11 and Tuas South Street 7.
The 8,409.2 sq m Plot 42 at Tuas South Street 11 has been awarded to Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd for S$6.74 million, while the 5,038.6 sq m Plot 53 at Tuas South Street 7 has been awarded to L & P Blasting Pte Ltd for S$5.51 million.
The tenders for both sites, which have a gross plot ratio of 1.0, were launched in December 2014 and closed in February 2015, with a total of five bids received.
