JTC launches Tampines site under industrial GLS programme

    JTC has launched a confirmed list site at Tampines Industrial Drive for sale via tender under the industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme.

    The 0.49-hectare site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 2) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

    "The launch of the site is part of the government's efforts to offer more choices for industrial development," said JTC said in a release on Tuesday.

    The tender will close on March 22 at 11am.
