FOREIGN investment in London offices could rise to more than £10 billion (S$18.3 billion) in 2021 following a sharp increase in the final quarter last year, showed figures released by Knight Frank.
Deals made in the last three months of 2020 amounted to £4.9 billion, raising the full year of foreign investment to £7.8 billion. This level, however, was well below average annual foreign investment of £12.5 billion in the past few years.
