MAYO Clinic and real estate developer Pontiac Land Group are collaborating in an expansion of Mayo's Rochester campus which will deliver additional clinical space and a hotel.
While the plans for the development are still being finalised, Mayo Clinic plans to invest US$190 million into the clinical expansion, which will be used for the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center and Outpatient Procedure Center.
