Nassim GCB sells for S$128.8m or record S$4,005 psf; buyer is Nanofilm founder's wife
A BUNGALOW in Nassim Road has sold for S$128.8 million or a record S$4,005 per square foot on the freehold land area of 32,159 sq ft.
The buyer is Jin Xiao Qun, the wife of MZH : MZH 0% Technologies International founder and executive chairman Shi Xu.
The Good Class Bungalow is being sold by Sukmawati Widjaja, the controlling shareholder of BHO : BHO 0%. She bought the property from David Eng of Sparks Disco fame, who in turn bought it from the British government in December 2000 for S$19.3 million.
Nanofilm Technologies was listed on the Singapore bourse last October.
