THE Singapore-based Pacific Star Group and its partner DB2 Land have released for sale 79 retail units and 56 Soho/loft units in Puteri Harbour in Nusajaya, a key flagship zone in Iskandar Malaysia.
Prices for the retail units in the development, called Puteri Cove Residences & Quayside, start at RM1,200 (S$450) per square foot (psf), with the units ranging from 439 to 2,600 sq ft in size; the prices for the Soho/loft units start at RM1,600 psf, with units ranging from 644 to 1,828 sq ft.
