Park Hotel Management's creditor files winding-up application
A CREDITOR is seeking to wind up Park Hotel Management, which used to own Asian hospitality player Park Hotel Group.
New Park Property on June 7 filed the winding-up application, which will be heard in the High Court of Singapore on July 2 at 10am, according to a notice published in The Straits Times (ST) on Wednesday.
Allen & Gledhill are the lawyers for the creditor, whose address is stated as 61 Robinson Road.
The notice did not disclose further details of the matter nor the amount that Park Hotel Management owed New Park Property.
ST reported that the issue behind the application involved alleged unpaid rent and Grand Park Orchard hotel along Orchard Road.
Park Hotel Management's sole shareholder, chief executive officer (CEO) and director is Allen Law Ching Hung, ST said, citing Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority filings.
