Part of the garden land at Eden Hall, the official residence of the British high commissioner in Singapore, has been put up for sale as two individual plots in a tender.
CBRE, the sole marketing agent, acting on instructions from the British government's Foreign & Commonwealth Office, has launched for sale two adjoining freehold Good Class Bungalow land plots on Nassim Road.
Plot A has a site area of 18,620 sq ft and comes with about 36m of Nassim Road frontage (subject to final survey). Plot B is about 15,634 sq ft, also subject to final survey.
Together, the two plots form a combined estimated area of 34,254 sq ft. The sites are zoned for residential use.
The guide price for Plot A is at S$2,200 psf and Plot B at S$2,000 psf.
