Committee aims to close the gap between what they are paid and what bankers and lawyers earn

THE salaries of engineers at Surbana Jurong and Changi Airport Group (CAG) are being reviewed in order to close the gap between what they are paid and what bankers and lawyers earn.
A committee named the Engineering Profession Improvement Committee, or Epic, has been set up for this purpose, said Liew Mun Leong, chairman of both Surbana Jurong and CAG.
