Singapore developers sold 977 private homes in Feb, 2.6 times more than in Jan
DEVELOPERS sold a total of 977 private residential units in February - 2.6 times more than in January when there was an absence of new project launches.
Another 329 executive condominiums (ECs) were moved in February, also about 1.8 times more than that sold in January.
These sales data were collated by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) through a survey of developers.
Three in every four private residential units sold in February were in the suburban region or Outside Central Region, in tandem with the higher proportion of new launches in the region.
UOL's project The Clement Canopy in Clementi, the first project to be launched this year, was the best-selling project for the month with 207 units moved at a median pricing of S$1,343 per square foot (psf).
This was followed by EL Development's Parc Riviera at West Coast Road, which moved 200 units at a median S$1,281 psf.
