SLA appoints Colin Low as new chief executive

COLIN Low Hsien Yang has been appointed Singapore Land Authority's (SLA) new chief executive. The appointment will take effect from April 12.
Mr Low is the chief executive of Frasers Hospitality Trust's (FHT) managers. Before FHT, he was based in London as CBRE Hotels' head of hotel investment properties for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
