Swedish home prices up 14.5% in a year

SWEDISH home prices rose by 3.2 per cent in January from last December but were up 14.5 per cent from a year earlier, the Nasdaq OMX Valueguard-KTH Housing Index (HOX) showed last Friday.
Prices for apartments increased 16.2 per cent while single-family house prices rose 13.6 per cent on the year.
