Only 2 deals at Cove YTD, while GCB market still supported by Singaporeans, with 23 caveats lodged
Singapore
IT is barely two months before 2014 ends and just two bungalows in the Sentosa Cove waterfront housing district have been transacted so far this year totalling S$27.5 million - down from 18 deals last year worth S$367 million.
In contrast, the Good Class Bungalow (GCB) market on mainland Singapore has fared better, with 23 deals year to date totalling S$526 million, not too far from last year's tally of 29 deals at S$682 million.
