The property consists of a single-storey warehouse with a 12-metre high ceiling and a two-storey office annexed to it.
The leasehold property sits on a land area of about 85,450 square feet, with a floor area of about 60,000 square feet. It has a remaining lease term of about 38 years.
The land is zoned Business 2, and has a proposed plot ratio of 1.4, according to the 2014 Master Plan.
It is located along Tech Park Crescent, off Tuas South Avenue 4 and about 30km west of the city centre.
