Two retail properties in Paya Lebar and Aljunied up for sale

TWO freehold retail properties - one near Paya Lebar MRT station and the other near Aljunied MRT station - have been launched for sale by expression of interest.
The first is the entire basement retail space in Grandlink Square, an eight-storey commercial-and-residential development diagonally across from a commercial site in Paya Lebar Central, which has been put up for sale under the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.
