URA launches tender for private housing site in Tampines Ave 10

THE Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched on Tuesday a 99-year leasehold private residential site along Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C) for sale by public tender.

The 2.2 ha site, which is on the confirmed list of the first-half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, may potentially yield about 715 housing units.

The tender for the land parcel will close at noon on April 25, 2017.
