URA releases residential site at Sturdee Road for sale

THE Urban Revelopment Authority (URA) has released a residential site at Sturdee Road for sale on Tuesday under the Confirmed List of 1st Half 2015 Government Land Sales Programme.
The site, covering an area of 6,111.5 sq m, can yield about 270 residential units.
The maximum gross floor area is 21,391 sq m, while the maximum building height is 30 storeys or 150 m above mean sea level.
The lease period is 99 years.
The tender for the land parcel at Sturdee Road will close at 12pm on March 24, 2015.
