Wandervale EC average price set at S$755 psf

SIM Lian Group on Wednesday announced an average price of S$755 psf for Wandervale Executive Condominium, ahead of March 5's balloting and booking process.

Prices will start from S$655,000 for a three-bedroom unit, from S$753,000 for a three-bedroom premium unit, and from S$896,000 for a four-bedroom unit.

Wandervale is the first executive condominium to be launched this year, and is located near Choa Chu Kang MRT station.

The 534-unit development saw a subscription rate of approximately 1.47 times during its 11-day e-application period, which ended on Feb 28.
