[SINGAPORE] Boutique caterer The Plattering Co, known for its artisanal grazing tables and visual presentation, has rolled out a halal-certified brand called Caterwow.
This marks the company’s entry into halal catering – a step that allows it to serve more corporate clients, including public-sector agencies.
Co-founder Jessica Lim said it was a “natural” move, because many of The Plattering Co’s clients request halal food. “But because we didn’t have that, (we either got) our industry friends to do it or we just turned down the order.”
