August's NODX flat; market expected worse (Amended)

AUGUST provided some relief to Singapore's non-oil domestic exports (NODX), which emerged flat after two straight months of year-on-year decline.
NODX shipments had tumbled 10.6 per cent in July and 2.4 per cent the month before that.
