Blogger Roy Ngerng applies to join Reform Party

    [SINGAPORE] Blogger Roy Ngerng has applied to join the Reform Party (RP), party secretary-general Kenneth Jeyaretnam said on Wednesday.

    The application will have to be approved by the RP's central executive committee.
