PM Lee and Najib: HSR tender process will be fair

    EVEN before the first international tenders are called for the high-speed rail (HSR) linking Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, the level of interest from other countries has already gone through the roof.

    The likes of China, Japan, South Korea, France, Spain and Germany have all expressed their desire to bid for the 350km project, which aims to slash travel time between Jurong East in Singapore and the Malaysian capital to just 90 minutes.
