SINGAPORE will lift border restrictions for visitors from Australia - excluding Victoria state - and Vietnam from Oct 8, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) announced on Wednesday.
"Both countries have comprehensive public health surveillance systems and displayed successful control over the spread of the Covid-19 virus," said CAAS in a media statement.
