Singapore and Rwanda to create more business opportunities

MORE business and investment opportunities are underway for Singapore and Rwanda, as both countries signed a bilateral investment treaty (BIT) and an air services agreement (ASA) on Thursday.
In a joint press statement issued on Friday, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore said that the BIT will protect investors' interests and open up more business opportunities for both countries.
