Singapore marked its 56th year since independence with a scaled-down ceremonial parade at The Float @ Marina Bay on Monday morning. Held amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the parade comprising 600 uniformed participants saw strict safety and crowd control measures. Participants were masked and a 1m distance was kept between those in the same contingent.
