    SINGAPORE may be a resource-scarce country, but it has emerged as Asia's most important commodities trading hub.

    This is thanks to its strategic geographic location, robust financial and trading infrastructure, and reliable legal, regulatory, and tax framework, said International Enterprise (IE) Singapore on Tuesday.
