RUNNING a business is never easy - and with increasing uncertainty in the global economy, companies everywhere are working hard to shore up their bottom lines.
When American Express and Singapore Airlines surveyed 200 local SME owners, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that 74 per cent of them are expecting to grow their businesses in the next 12 months.
