APRW marks 25th anniversary by venturing into emerging sectors

PUBLIC relations (PR) and marketing agency APRW, formerly known as Asia PR Werkz, marks its 25th anniversary this year with a brand refresh.
Apart from cosmetic changes to its name and logo, the PR agency has in its recent few years had changes in its scope of work with ventures into multiple emerging sectors including gaming and e-sports, fintech and blockchain. "What has really changed is the type of work that we do. When we first started, it was a very local agency," said APRW director Lim Wee Ling, who has been with the agency since 2006. Lim highlighted that in the early years, APRW was consumer-driven and public affairs-oriented in the local market, but has since then diversified its portfolio and involved itself in regional work.
