IT solutions provider Micro 2000 applies its digital expertise to transform dishwashing company GreatSolutions

DISHWASHING may seem like an odd business for an information technology (IT) solutions provider to enter. But Micro 2000 has done just that and is doubling down on growth in cleaning services.
“We are still young in this space,” Micro 2000 group managing director Brandon Ng told The Business Times. “We’re still growing our numbers.”
In September 2022, Micro 2000 acquired dishwashing company GreatSolutions and transformed it through digitalisation. Since then, GreatSolutions’ revenue has increased by about 30 per cent year on year, to S$11.9 million for its latest financial year ended December 2023.
