Singapore
FAMILY-style KTV operators, who are members of the Singapore Entertainment Affiliation (SEA), have submitted a formal appeal to Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong to allow them to reopen for business again from Sept 15.
The four-page letter is asking for rules to be relaxed as Singapore achieves its 80 per cent national vaccination rate and moves into an endemic state.
