IN 2018, home-based baker Stephanie Chan struggled to find co-sharing kitchens to use – and so decided to create such a space herself.

She co-founded IncuBaker Studio with her husband, Terence Ho, an ex-naval officer who was looking for a different career path.

Located in one-north, IncuBaker provides a shared kitchen spanning 141 square metres, and connects its members – from home bakers to foodtech startups – with potential suppliers, partners, and venture capital funding.
