    FOUNDERS of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) know this: manpower can make or break your business before it even gets off the ground.

    This is a situation that James Galvin, CEO of recruitment technology platform TalentDash, has seen all too often.

    "One thing that takes up more time for a startup founder than anything else is trying to hire and recruit people," declares Mr Galvin, who is no stranger to the startup scene. He has co-founded, invested in, and advised several startups across the US, the UK and in Asia.
