Hungry for more
CEO Steen Puggaard says that 4Fingers aims to change the public's definition of what fried chicken can be.
WHEN it comes to fried chicken in Singapore, everyone seems to have an opinion. But one name that is consistently on people's lips is 4Fingers, known for its crispy, Korean take on the dish as well as its snaking queues during meal times.
One fact not known to many is that 4Fingers is very much a made-in-Singapore brand. While it may be considered small compared to global fast-food chains like KFC, CEO Steen Puggaard says that having a mentality of a startup is what makes the company stand out.
"We like to think of ourselves as a bit rebellious. Unlike big brands, we want to rock the boat. We are a young, foolish, hungry brand that is not afraid to go out and do things that are different."
