Intac's success lies in its three core values
Company believes in hard work, being honest in its dealings and treating its employees with respect
Singapore
FOR Tan Kooi Jin, founder of Intac Systems Solution (Intac), respect is earned through hard work, and that is his prescription for success. Since its incorporation in 2006, Intac has been successful in winning numerous major government tenders. These include the air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and electrical installation works for local hawker centres, the ACMV system for the Formula One Pit Building that served many important guests at the Formula One race, and the mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations for Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Says Mr Tan in Mandarin: "We excel at every project because we deliver on time and we deliver the best." It was precisely this commitment that led Intac to secure the Formula One Pit Building's ACMV system project merely a year after its incorporation. He emphasises that the company has "zero tolerance" for missing targets: deadlines must be met and proactive problem-solving solutions are always encouraged.
