    SINGAPOREAN jewellery retailer By Invite Only has acquired fellow local jewellery brand The Mindful Company, which closed down earlier this year after five years in business.

    The Mindful Company, which had also been a registered social enterprise with the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise, announced its closure in February after its owners chose to pursue "new endeavours".
