A NEW programme aimed at upskilling the finance function of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) was launched on Thursday by Minister of State for Trade and Industry Teo Ser Luck at the CFO Connect Symposium.

Jointly developed by the Singapore CFO Institute, Singapore Business Federation and Singapore Management University - School of Accountancy, the SME Business & Financial Management Programme (SME BFM) taps on the expertise and experience of chief finance officers to mentor SMEs in their bid towards sustainable growth.
