BEYOND the continued pickup in large-scale events, Singapore’s caterers are having their fortunes boosted by demand for sustainable offerings and customised services.
In the first half of 2024, food caterers’ sales experienced year-on-year growth every month, based on retail sales data from the Department of Statistics.
Their sales grew 19.3 per cent in June, the latest month for which data is available.
