OVER the last 16 years, QXY Resources has made a name for itself for giving existing buildings a face-lift.
Since its inception, it has handled more than 120 projects and worked on over 200 buildings in Singapore. These include Timbre+@Launchpad Singapore, Punggol 21 Community Club and Passion Wave@Marina Bay.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, QXY stepped up to the plate by fast-tracking the refurbishment of existing buildings into foreign worker dormitories to curb the spread of the virus among these workers.
