RONALD LEE, managing director of PrimeStaff Management Services Pte Ltd, always knew that there was an entrepreneur in him.
From the beginning of his career, he set a goal for himself - to start his own business when he turned 40. And he did just that. By then, he had amassed 20 years of work experience in human resources (HR) and was in a good position to leverage his expertise and network.
Giving up a well-paying job at an international software house that provided solutions to the banking industry, he took a leap of faith and started PrimeStaff Management Services in 1994.
