TAKE a stroll through the new premises of catering company Elsie's Kitchen at Second Chin Bee Road and one will be surprised at just how many young people there are.
Chief executive and chairman Daniel Ang is serious about leadership renewal and injecting fresh blood into the heritage brand that has not seen much change since its early days in the 1980s.
In the last three years, the company has made several bold moves in its efforts to grow. Not only did it acquire a much bigger space for their operations, the company has also invested in machinery and automation and grown its human capital.
